2007-03-18 Open Season

Open Season is a computer animated family comedy about a bear named Boog that has been raised by a woman and lives in her garage. After a couple of incidents, mostly brought on by a certain deer, Eliot, that Boog has saved earlier, he finds himself deported to the woods, stuck with Eliot. A place very unfamiliar to him and above all, the hunting season is just about to begin.

I saw this with Swedish dubbed audio together with my family. The kids (aged 8 to 12) loved it. Even my wife and I appreciated it and there where quite a few laughs. The Swedish voices where also very good and added a lot to the comedy effect. Highly recommended if you have kids. Rating: 7 out of 10.
