I like to watch a good movie
once in a while. But sometimes after you have watched a movie it turned
out to not be quite what you expected. To save you from that grief I
will here give a short review of the movies I have watched. Of course,
since you are not me, you may not come to the same conclusion.
YMMV.
If in doubt, IMDB can always give
you a hint - if it has a rating of more than 7 it is almost always worth
a look. If it is below 4, it has to be of a genre that you really love,
to be worth spending time on.
I like all sort of movies, mostly the ones that has a good story to
tell. If you can't stop thinking about it or want to see more of it
afterwards, it is a movie that I would give a great rating. Even if it
hasn't got a good story, it can be good in another level, especially if
it has great special effects or other entertaining values like
unexpected endings, outstanding action scenes or just interesting
actors/actresses.
My favorite genre is SciFi. Unfortunately, there are a lot of bad
SciFi movies out there so just being about outer space or the future
isn't enough. |
